We can install on concrete, gravel, dirt, and asphalt as long as the surface is leveld. If you need a concrete base, we can make one for you. 

We have a dedicated team member who will do all permit work. This is for California only and at an additional cost.

Both plans we offer are engineer stamped. What plans you need depends on your county/city requirements. We offer generic or site specific plans for additional cost.

Lead time typically depends on a few variables. Common lead times are 4-8 weeks.

Install depends on the size of your building. Typically installs will be about 3-5 days.

Deposits are non refundable, as stated on contracts. For this reason, it is important that the customer orders accoridng to their local requirements.
